Classic Snecko, or simply ‘Snake’, is an online browser game that has remained popular since its inception back in the 1970s. The first version of ‘Snake’ was released as an arcade game. In this browser game, all the player needs to do is to control a virtual snake. This virtual avatar of the snake will be seen moving around the computing device’s screen and continuously consuming small pellets of food items.
What about the gameplay of Classic Snecko?
Classic Snecko is a free browser game that is quite easy to play. Whenever the snake eats a new food pellet, it grows in length. So, as the snake eats more and more food, it keeps getting longer. As a player controlling the snake’s motion, you will find it increasingly challenging to navigate across the plane due to the increasing size of the snake’s body.
You will need to take utmost caution so as to not make the virtual snake strike against either its own body or the boundary wall of the plane. Using the direction keys (right, left, up, and down), the player will take control of the movements of the virtual snake.
The player must keep in mind that once the virtual snake starts moving, it will not stop until and unless it gets hit by its tail or the boundary wall of the space within which it is moving. In most versions of Classic Snecko, when a player manages to make the snake eat 10 food pellets, they get promoted to the next level.
